Terms of service
These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your").
This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Who Provides Parking
Almost all our staff drive to customer location and the responsibility to provide parking in a situation where there no free parking, rest solely on the customer. The customer is expected to provide visitors parking permit for the time or provide cash to pay at the pay and display meter.
How does commitment fee works
All our services are paid for after delivery; however, we charge a commitment fee of £20 which get deducted from the final bill. This is ensure customers are committed to the service they have ordered and avoid arbitrary cancellation. If the service is cancelled before the last 48hrs before the service, the fee would be refunded; anything less than 48hrs, there is no refund.
How do I cancel my booking
There are various ways in which you can cancel your booking:
You can cancel your booking by phone
You can cancel your booking by email
You can cancel your booking through your Clean and Garden account
However, you will only get the refund of the commitment fee back if your cancellation is done 48hrs before the scheduled servicee.
Can I get a refund
All our services are post paid besides the £20 commitment which can be refunded is service is cancelled 48hrs before schedule. Furthermore for all materails required to execute any job, the payment is always 100% in advance. The refund of such money is dependent on the refund policy of our vendor for the specific items.

Yes all our staff are insured with the public liability insurance upto the tune of £1,000,000
More than one staff carried out the work. Do I have to pay double?
All our hourly services are priced per man hour and in most cases we usually send a team of 2 to each site which means, if I customer booked 2 hours, the time they will spend will be 1 hour because 1 hr x 2 = 2hrs. The same applies if its a team of 3.

What if I am unsatisfied
